head1Pat lends his expertise to each and every job that goes through Arrow Cutting Dies. The hands-on nature of our shop gives Pat the opportunity to give input on each job from start to finish.

“In my years as a diemaker, I have been extremely fortunate to be mentored by the best diemakers in Wisconsin.  What I have learned, first and foremost, is to be consistent in quality, service, and price.  We know that your success is directly affected by our tooling and although we don’t promise to be the cheapest diemaker, or the fastest diemaker, we do promise to always produce a quality die at a fair and consistent price.”

headJoe has over 10 years of experience in the business with 5 dedicated to die making, and 7 as a diecutter.  This experience on both sides of the press gives Joe the foresight and knowledge to maneuver through complicated jobs and ensure quality and on-time production.  Joe currently runs our Multi Bend 710 automatic bender and has run Bobst, Iberica, Heidelberg, and Consolidated LM55 cutting die presses.

“My experience setting up and running die cutting presses allows me to foresee problems before they arise.  I will work hard to keep your operation running smoothly.  I believe my job is to make your job easier.”

head3P.J. came to Arrow Cutting Dies in November 2009 after 7 years as a set-up operator at an envelope manufacturer.  This experience laid the groundwork for his understanding of steel rule dies.  Since joining the Arrow team he has become proficient using CIMEX software to transform customer supplied drawings into the components needed to turn those designs into the desired finished product.

“My mission is to create a smooth process to turn your ideas from electronic files and raw materials into a fully realized, working product.”

Head4Shannon has been in the print finishing industry for the past 15 years. Her unique experience in both production and front office operations helps to ensure that your job will be competently handled and held the highest standards of service.

“Having worked as a CSR for a print finishing company, I realize that our customers not only want a quality product delivered on time and at a competitive price, they also want the corresponding paperwork to be processed quickly and correctly.  My personal goal is to make sure you have what you need, when you need it, without having to ask for it.”
